There are also 8 to 16 thumbnails for same photos from the episode that you can click to enlarge in a lightbox. The tour also link to a page describing the frat as well as links to join, login as member or to get help.

Once inside the member area you will see that it is setup the same as the tour was. The only difference in the member area is that the video player is slightly larger and of course it plays the entire video, which average 30 minutes in length. The same number of photos appear in the member area as they do on the tour.

As mentioned earlier, FraternityX only lets members stream videos. The videos are in Flash format and there is no way to download them. This may be a turnoff to some potential members, but I had no problem streaming videos as both the quality and speed were acceptable. I did notice some lag when I first clicked play but once the videos started streaming I had no problem playing them.

For whatever reason, when I clicked on a thumbnail to enlarge the photo in the lighbox, nothing happened. I’ve notified the owner of the site to get that corrected and will update this review once it has been done. The same bug appeared in both Chrome and Opera, so I do not think it is a browser related issue.

There are no bonus sites included with a FraternityX membership but it should be noted that if you signup as a recurring member, it is $24.95 for the first month but then drops down to $19.95 during additional months of membership. The $19.95 price point not only makes FraternityX cheaper than comparable sites, but it’s almost at a price point where one does not typically get access to bonus material.

Since the site is new there were only 6 episodes. That number is actually typical for a new site launch, but that number will quickly grow.

FraternityX does not offer a trial membership. You can either join for one month — without your membership recurring — for $34.95, or get a recurring membership and pay $24.95 for the first month and $19.95 for each additional month.

Beneath those are some banners. In the main section there are 12 small thumbnails with title, rating, and upload date for the most viewed videos. Beneath that there are links to 6 photo sets.

When you click the video page, you’re presented with a page of thumbs for the 28 latest updates, and another 28 for the highest rated. This makes finding the video you want a lot easier. Each video page has a large Flash player similar to that on the main page, a box that contains the upload date, time, length, number of related pictures with a link, rating, actors with links to take you to their bios, a medium size thumbnail and a description of the scene. There are also links to download high and low resolution WMV’s or stream in HD (newer episodes only) or high and low resolution. Beneath that are related scenes with thumbnails for each actor.

The videos are of high quality and stream nicely on my FiOS connection. I had no problem streaming the HD Flash version, although I am on a new computer. I was also able to download the videos quickly on my high speed connection. Newer videos are in brilliant HD and have some of the best quality I have seen to date. The scenes are well lit, which creates a crisp and clear image.

Most scenes have a related photoset. One thing that I wish they had were more photos in each set. Some scenes had as few as 15 or so photos. The photos I looked at did not appear to be shot during filming, but were rather posed. It would be nice to have some screen caps from the videos showing the action. You can only view photos in a gallery of thumbnails that you must click and enlarge. There is no slideshow feature and you have to save each video individually and cannot download them as a zip. Photos popup in a light box in a small version and you can click to enlarge to full size. Most images appear are 800×1024.

The live shows feature lets you watch and interact with the Next Door Buddies, pornstars from bonus sites and other webcam models. The live shows are paid shows, but your membership includes $10 in credits to watch. This means that you can take any of the models private for a few minutes and you will have to add funds if you wish to take them private longer. The Broke College Boys videos are high quality and shot using newer equipment. Videos are clear and well lit. I was able to download videos quickly on my Verizon FiOS connection and I had no problems streaming them. I was impressed with both the regular and high definition versions of videos. I do feel that there is better video quality with the downloaded version over the streamed version.

Broke College Boys photos are good quality. I wish they were larger, as the portrait photos I looked at were only 802×1069 and landscape photos were 802×864. I wish they offered larger photos. One feature I do enjoy is the gallery, which allows you to scroll through photos. Unfortunately, it is not possible to download photos in a zip file, which means you have to right click and save each photo you want to download.
